Delete your account – TWT Kasse
This page explains how to request the deletion of your account with TWT- Tat Welle Tech GbR when you use the TWT Kasse Android app (de.tatwelletech.kasse). Your account applies to all products of TWT- Tat Welle Tech GbR; the deletion covers it as a whole.
How to request the deletion
- Send an e-mail to info@tatwelletech.com with the subject “Delete account”, from the e-mail address you sign in with.
- We reply to that address, which confirms that the request comes from you.
- We delete your account within one month and confirm the deletion to you.
If you run a company
If you hold a company's account with a running contract as its owner, end the contract first. After the contract ends, the company's data can be exported for 90 days; then the company is deleted.
What is deleted
- Your user account: name, e-mail address, password and your signed-in devices.
- The identifiers of your devices for notifications.
- After the contract has ended and the export period of 90 days, all of the company's data that need not be kept.
What is kept
Records that tax law requires us to keep (invoices, bookings and their documents) are kept until the legal period ends: eight years (§ 147 AO, § 14b UStG). They are locked and used for that duty only; then we delete them.For TWT Kasse this includes the register's records and the TSE's data.
A deletion cannot be undone.
