Delivery project

Process Automation Workflow automation on our own engine. Scoped, built, handed over.

We take on workflow automation as a delivery project, from the process assessment and the rules to full API integration. Our own workflow engine runs every step by fixed rules you can read: triggers, conditions, approvals and actions, each one logged. Scope, milestones and handover are agreed before we start, and the automation runs on your infrastructure.

A real automation from TWT One: the invoice inbox
  1. 01 A document arrives

    By e-mail or upload

  2. 02 Text recognition

Amounts, dates and lines are read

  3. 03 Supplier recognised

By VAT ID, IBAN or name

  4. 04 An account suggestion, with its reason

For example: this is how this supplier was booked last time

  5. 05 Review and approval

    With approval limits and deputies

  6. 06 Booking

Into the journal, nothing is overwritten

Build without code, extend with code

Business teams assemble workflows on a visual canvas. Where a step needs real logic, engineers drop into TypeScript or Python inside that same workflow instead of rebuilding it somewhere else.

Every decision is a rule you can read

Decision nodes in the flow apply fixed rules: they check documents against conditions, read fields with defined patterns and route exceptions to a person, with rules, output schema and fallback path versioned alongside the workflow.

Weeks instead of quarters

A process that used to need a development quarter typically reaches production in two to three weeks, because queueing, retries, permissions and the audit log are part of the automation layer we put in place first.

Features

What we deliver

From simple rule-based flows to multi-system pipelines, we design, build, and deploy the automation your processes actually need.

Visual Workflow Builder

Drag-and-drop canvas for designing multi-step automation workflows with conditional branching, loops, and parallel execution.

Rules Engine

Conditions, thresholds and decision tables evaluated in every workflow node, so routing is predictable and each result can be traced back to its rule.

Enterprise Integration Hub

Pre-built connectors for SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and any custom REST or GraphQL API.

Process Monitoring

Real-time execution dashboards with threshold alerts, SLA tracking, and automated alerting for workflow failures.

Hybrid No-Code / Pro-Code

Visual-first design with code escape hatches, so teams can extend any node with TypeScript or Python for custom logic.

Role-Based Access Control

Granular permissions across teams, departments, and workflows with audit logging, SSO, and compliance-ready reporting.

Use cases

Who uses it

Tailored for every industry, team size, and engagement model.

Operations & Process Teams

Automate approval workflows, document routing, cross-department handoffs, and SLA-driven escalation chains.

Finance & HR Automation

Invoice processing, expense approvals, payroll triggers, onboarding checklists, and compliance report generation.

Customer Service Workflows

Ticket triage, escalation routing, SLA enforcement, and automated customer notifications from approved templates.

Data Engineering Pipelines

ETL orchestration, data quality checks, scheduled transformations, and event-driven pipeline triggers.

How We Work

A proven process for delivering results

  1. Analyze Requirements

We analyze your requirements, constraints, and goals to define the optimal approach.

  2. Design Architecture

Detailed technical specification, system architecture, and a project roadmap you can hold us to.

  3. Build Prototype / MVP

Iterative development with regular checkpoints, a running demo environment, and transparent communication.

  4. Integrate Hardware & Software

Firmware, devices, APIs, and platforms are brought together and validated as one system, on real hardware wherever it exists.

  5. Deploy Securely

Hardened deployment with monitoring, backups, and documentation, all quality-assured before it carries production traffic.

  6. Maintain & Improve

Ongoing monitoring, updates, and feature evolution, so the system keeps earning its place after go-live.
